IVA and tax exemption savings account

If entered into an iva and you have a tax exemption savings account, can you take that money?

If you have a reasonable amount invested in a TESSA, or ISA, this would be regarded as an asset and payable into the IVA, assuming the terms of the savings scheme allow withdrawals.
