I have completed an IVA (15th of March) however before they will issue me with a completion certificate Payplan are demanding that I sign a Legally binding agreement that they can investigate any PPI that I am owed and take anything owed. I also have to agree this now and into the future. Is this legal or reasonable?

Hi,

Yes it is. If you don't sign it will delay your completion.

It is both legal and reasonable. The alternative would be to wait until they have carried out all investigations themselves and are happy there is no PPI to come -- which could take some time.
