Courts deny PoT as i have IVA. Advice please.

I have been told by the courts that I can not be PoT for
my old Aunt because I have an IVA even though it finished this month.
Advice please.

Do you mean PoA (Power of Attorney) ? I was my father's trustee under a PoA during my IVA. It is not allowed in Bankruptcy, but is in an IVA. Have you ticked the right box on the forms ?

I was also Power of Attorney for my father as was my husband and we both had IVA's.

That's why I opted for an iva. Have POA for my dad. Can do it under an iva but not bankruptcy
