Hi I have completed my IVA and have received my completion certificate. Next year the IVA and all defaults should drop of. Do you know once all of these have dropped off I can apply for a mortgage with a standard rate? I currently have a mortgage savings accounts and also 2 mobile phones all of which I have never defaulted on. With regards to telling the banks they ask if I have completed an iVA when applying for a mortgage.

I would like to speak to Ryan if possible. I cannot find his contact number.
