Hi there I completed an iva 2 years ago with my husband that's now my ex husband. My circumstances have now changed and was wondering if I could go through another iva.

Hi -- yes, it is possible to do another IVA, if it is the best solution this time around. You will, however, probably have to explain to the creditors why they should agree again so soon after the last one.

How much debt have you accumulated in the last couple of years ?

It is probably more common than you would think and as Foggy says creditors may well want an explanation. But it can be done if it is right for you.

Yes it's possible. How much new debt have you accrued since the last IVA finished?
