I have just had my annual statement ( due in Feb) all looks ok although I do need to read things about 10 times to make sure. The amount I have paid back is £45,000 out of £54,000 including 11k of PPI ( some still outstanding claims) the dividend is about 51%? does this sound right? Also I just re read my letter of confirmation of extra year in lieu of equity and it says on it extension from Feb 17 to Jan 2018 which is great. No extra month for fees or whatever nonsense they told another ex PJG er

On those figures you are looking at around £8k disappearing in fees ( including an eye watering chunk of the PPI) --- so the money that has actually found it's way to creditors is around £37k, which would be higher than 51%. Fees, as agreed, could be higher ( I am working on 15% for the supervosory element) as could the chunk taken out of PPI.
