Hi, we are entering our year 6 extension as we are unable to obtain a remortgage to release the equity on our house. I was just wondering do the same rules apply in year 6 regarding paying over a percentage of any bonuses received or is it just the 12 monthly contributions as stated in the letter sent advising of our options for year 6 that is paid. Thanks for any help.

Hi,

If you are still in your IVA, you are bound by the same rules and will have to pay across part of your bonus.

The IVA has been extended by 12 months and carries on in the extension year exactly as in the previous years --- you are bound by all of the agreement until you get that completion certificate.
