Hi. Have a word with Ryan and / or Shaun --- two whole of market brokers with experience in adverse credit -- their details can be found under the "Quick Links" button ( top left) and then "The Team " on the drop down.

Lenders all have differing criteria, some will lend right away, others not at all !

As Foggy suggests a conversation with Ryan and or Shaun will provide you with the assurance you can move onwards sooner.

There contact details can be found by this link http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/memberlist.php?mode=team

I can personally vouch for the work of Ryan and his team.

The 6 years start when your IVA started, not completed.

Lisa .... some lenders start at the end of the IVA, some three years, some six and the odd one never ! It is purely arbitrary on their part and unrelated to usual credit record policy.

Thanks Foggy.

Perhaps a different lender is needed then...
