I entered an Iva in 2011 and it's due to drop off my credit file 6th October 2017, (can't wait) I settled my Iva with proceeds from my mother in Jan 2014 with help from my mum. In this time I got divorced and met someone who I want to move in with, after 6th oct 2017, will I be able to get help to buy on a new house ? As it's 430,000 but have 180,000 deposit would be easier using the 20 percent from the government for a few years. I currently bank with Halifax. Thanks.

I agree with Luluj --- you need to chat with a broker with adverse credit experience. Ryan and Shaun have both helped many of us on the forum get sorted.
