Hi I recently started a Iva and am due my annual review, however in December I had my bank account hacked and unknown persons where taking £100's of pounds off me In a period of 2-3 months. This left me in a financial panic over the festive period and months after, I have sorted it with the bank now. But have been asked to provide these months to my ip. Am scared this will get me kicked off my Iva as 80% of the transactions were not me. Am looking at getting a new account as I don't fell safe.

Just explain the circumstances to your IP -- he / she might require confirmation from the bank, which should be no problem.

Send them the evidence from your bank that your account was hacked.

It wasn't your fault - your IP should be able to see that. As a point of interest, did you report this to the police?
