I've had the letter to Confirm creditor meeting is 8th of June. Wondering what I may be asked and do I need to be by my phone all day?

My meeting was 10.30am, had text message at 10 to say check email. Email was just about modifications to do with iPhone fees ( nothing which affected me) I agreed, then had phone call an he later to say all ok. I know how nerve wracking it is but all worth it! Good luck

You need to be available around the meeting time in case the creditors propose any changes that will affect you.

We've all been there Pigger. I had a phone call like Moira, but it was just a formality and didn't affect how much I had to pay.

Good luck and keep reading this site. It's amazing how many people are in the same or similar boat as yourself and there are some great experts on here to help you out. Let us know how it goes.

Bricking it is absolutely normal.

Iva firms are not in the habit of pushing forward cases they think will fail to get approval.

Good luck on the day.

Easier said then done but try not to worry ... your IP will have submitted your best proposal ..if they did not think it was achievable they would not have submitted it.

Try and stay busy over the next 11 days or so ... it will soon be here and your iva will have started !

We will usually send any modifications to our clients as and when we receive them so the client understands what they mean. Some can be rejected when the final votes are counted but at least the client knows what they are rejecting and why.

Your IP should explain to you what will happen on the day.

You will need to be available around the time of the meeting in case any modifications are put forward.

They should know the result about 5 minutes after the meeting time (and sometimes know beforehand depending on what votes are received).

No way of guessing I am afraid!

Give them a tinkle before lunchtime and ask. Fingers crossed.
