Barclay's bank want 895.78 in 14 days but I was approved an lva yesterday.....but I was looking at my voluntary arrangement sheet ,and there's two lots of Barclay card ,and there should only be one. First one 881.00 and the second is what it should be 10187.00...and there's no overdraft on my sheet, and there's only one Barclay's bank which is my loan of 8573.00... basically have creditfix made a mistake and put my overdraft as Barclay card and that's why the want it.

You are secure in your iva. Pick the phone up and speak to your IP and ask them to deal with this for you.
They will sort things x

I agree - do speak to your IP but if your IVA was only approved a couple of days ago, information will not have filtered down to call centres, or the bank as yet.

Agreer with the above --- get CF to sort it out. And, yes, letters etc might still go on for a srt while while the IVA hits the system -- the collections people are often a 3rd party company with limited account access.

Hi Peter. I am with CF from January and still getting letters and phone calls from BC. Actually I used to, they stopped when I gave them a call myself as CF was useless in that matter. And in my case had same problem with Natwest. Different figures then I thought but CF said those are what they found out from Natwest. As everyone says best to give them a call but sometimes it might be lots of nerves, customer service ....best of luck !!

Just tell them you are in an IVA and point them in the direction of CF and tell them it is harassment if they keep contacting you.
