Can i cancel IVA? Haven't signed any paperwork yet to start IVA.

Evening Im in the process of setting up an IVA with payplan, they havve done a statement of earnings but I haven't signed any paperwork yet and I have decided after receiving a pay rise to not pursue with it, can I cancel it as i haven't spoke to the IP yet?

Yes you can halt the proceedings -- you are not tied in until the IVA has been agreed with creditors. To save Payplan unneeded work, though, it would be best to tell them sooner rather than later

You can cancel by all means as no meeting has been held. However do not wait to speak to the IP at Payplan as this could mean a long wait!
