HI, When an IVA company fails to hold itself to account via its internal complaints process (ie doesn't give any reply at all well past their normal timescale) is there any recourse?

I have reminded my IVA co that I haven't had a reply and they've said yes, they know. They have not provided any explanation for the delay and the complaint would have been pretty easy to prove or disprove.

Thanks.

The only action open to you is to complain to their regulators via the Government Gateway here:

https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insol ... actitioner

The regulators will not interfere with an IP's actions, but, if deemed appropriate will issue a reprimand and / or a fine to the IP involved. Some of thes fines can be quite hefty.
