Hello everyone
A bit of advice please,thought my Iva was finished this July,today i received my Certificate of completion,it actually finished June :)
12 months ago a my Iva changed to a different company,i never declared any overtime since they took over, i was going to pay it
after my Iva had finished,now i have my Certificate of completion do i need to inform they about the overtime i had worked

You normally have an obligation to declare any overtime within fourteen days of receipt but the supervisor also has an obligation to check P60s etc to ensure that you have paid over everything that was due. If your IP did not check then perhaps you did not have that requirement and now that you have the certificate you can only assume that you have followed all procedures correctly.

I also assume no final review was conducted. Personally I would pop the money into a savings account for a while ... just in case. But wouldn't be tempted to prod the beast !

Its academic - they should have checked this but it seems that they didn't - you have your CC now so are debt free!
