FYI - if you used to have an IVA with Creditfix they are now doing an introduce a friend scheme and you get £100.

You can guess where the email was sent to and we will not be making use of the scheme!

Would you get the £100 if you referred yourself for a second IVA?

I think it is a disgrace!! None of my friends knew of my IVA and I certainly would not recommend anyone!!

I received this spam email 3 times in a week. I still have nearly 18 months to go in my IVA. I'm obviously not interested in referring a friend but I'm somewhat intrigued by the legality of this. Surely if I were to refer a friend under this scam urm sorry scheme, my £100 reward would be immediately taken back off me under the windfall clause. CF GIVES AND THE CF TAKETHS AWAY!!

Usual windfall clauses are triggered at £500 -- so a £100 gratuity wouldn't count.
