i didn't send a yearly report to my IVA company. they stopped taking the payments last year after 5 years. i never missed a payment. it is now over six years but they are still asking for p60s and wage slips. letter i received from them says creditor status key paid in full. but another letter states they will pursue it for another 6 months.

Please advice.

When you make your last payment, most arrangements allow for a 6 month admin period, during which you make no more payments, but are still bound by the IVA until they issue your certificate of completion. This period can be extended twice: once by 6 months and once by 3. But they have to give you notice of their intention to extend ---- I would imagine that this is possibly what you have been given. Ask them to explain why.

I agree that you need to speak with the IP but I also suggest you check if your name is still on the IVA register. If it is you need to ask your IP to explain why this is when the IVA completed over a year ago.
