During your Iva do insolvency practitioners do a yearly credit check on you or do you have to supply your bank statements yearly?

Hi,

Depends on which company you are with. Some want them monthly, some quarterly and some annually. When it comes time for your review they will tell you what you need.

As Kallis says, every IP is different in how they conduct reviews and will tell you what they need, if asked. It is well within reason for you to remind them if nothing is forthcoming nearer the annual review date.

We do not ask for bank statements as standard although some firms do. We do not care where you shop or how you spend your own money but some companies can be very intrusive.
