How to find the date on which IVA failed?

How can I find the date my iva failed I'm sure it's over 6 years and shows £0 need to get it removed. Thank you.

You need to get a copy of the documentation from your former IP to pass to the CRAs. Have you checked the Insolvency Register to see what, if anything, is still showing (just to make sure it was formally failed) ?

It's showing current on the insolvency register but at 0 on clearscore

If you are still on the Register either your former IP hasn't closed it down or the paperwork has been lost in the system. You need to speak to your former provider.

In the normal course of events an IVA fails on three unagreed missed payments ... I think you might well have exceeded that (a bit ! ).

Out of interest after you failed your IVA what happened to your debts - how did you deal with them?

Stupidly I ignored them but have not been chased for them and they disappeared 2 years ago

Your former IP should have a copy of the termination report which you can send to the insolvency service. This should be enough for them to remove your name from the register.
