Creditor changing type of account.

A creditor in my iva has changed my account to a credit card facility rather tHan default it. Is this normal ?

I have not come across this before and would argue with them that the account is in default. An ongoing credit account is a no-no in an IVA, so maybe your IP ( if you have one of the rare helpful ones ) could have a word in their shell-like before you complain to the ombudsman for a ruling on the matter.

Yeah indigo micheal (safety net credit) so was a loan facility. When the iva came in I noticed on my credit file that it's been changed to credit card and it shows no late payments etc..

If it continues with no late payments it might actually do you a favour --- but I doubt that will continue.
