I am providing proof of savings for f&f for my daughter, I have £2000 more savings than I am offering, should I let this show or move the £2000

All you need do is prove the savings are in your account --- the total balance is no business of the IP / creditors and it is none of their business how much you are willing to offer to your daughter.

If you show you can afford more there is a potential risk creditors could get wise and try and insist that the offer is increased...

Personally I would move it to show you only have £2k available and nothing more.
