To give an update, I've had a response today and guess what, they didn't reply to my email detailing we could afford the new payments and there is no record of the review being completed following the additional information supplied, so I have no idea how the girl I spoke to got that information from or could even calculate what the arrears were supposed to be.
I'm waiting patiently for a full response from them before deciding what to do next but the email I sent was strongly worded so thet are aware how unhappy we are and the likeness of a formal complaint being raised.
