If you are in an IVA this is potentially a windfall. If you are in a DMP then you can usually do what you like with your money so it depends on your circumstances. Are you in an IVA or a DMP?

If you are in an IVA what do the 'large bills' relate to?

If in an IVA --- does your proposal exclude pensions and proceeds specifically ? If not, the IP will have a call on the funds as a windfall.
