First stop, Equifax.
I signed up to the 28 day free trial (via the TopCashback link of course) and everything looks in order.
Our IVA is showing under 'Court information and other public records'. Early days I know. Other than that I'm rated 'Good'.
I rang up and asked who to send the completion certificate to and was told "www.equifax.co.uk/ask" Emm... right then, this is going to be complicated...
I signed up. Oh, the free subscription is just some 'Credit Matcher' thing. Upon closer inspection I see you can go 'CreditExpert' for 14.99 a month which gives you
"unlimited access to your Experian Credit Report with tips on how to improve your credit score and web monitoring to help protect your online identity"
Okay then, I'll upgrade. It is only for a month... I hope.
Is it me or is this just Noddle? I have Noddle already. Should I sign up? I need to send them my completion certificate... I think.
Urgh... time for a coffee.

It is not complicated at all -- I did very little with mine, other than watch and the odd question. I didn't send them anything -- the IP reports to the Insolvency Service and they, in turn, report to the CRAs.

Should the IP have done this as part of the completion process?
IP should have done it -- but more often these days they forget !
You need a copy of your title from Land Registry to check for any restrictions for a few quid. Go via a .GOV website ( there are plenty of official looking sites that will charge you a lot ).

Is it obvious there is a caution? I didn't see any mention of one anywhere.
Restrictions usually appear in Section B: Proprietorship Register, labelled "Restriction"
In the meantime, I'm still listed on the Insolvency Register with a note saying 'Completed'. Yeah, it has almost been a month but I just want to see my name off it.
Experian I get a whopping 999/999 already.
Equifax have it still listed "You have had at least 1 public record in the last 6 years". Months since last record entered: 81. Err... isn't that longer than six years?
I've asked for it to be removed as it is completed. They checked, and agreed. Should be off within the next 4-5 days. Should bump up my Clearscore from the current 388.
Callcredit / Noddle seem to be way behind. Still showing as active. I've disputed it and sent off a copy of my completion certificate (the first one I've had to send off so far).
Hope this is of use to people nearing the end or completed their IVAs.
