Our Iva ended in June this year and we are looking to move house. What are the chances of getting a new mortgage? Thank you

Hi Jo,

There are some High Street Lenders who will look to lend normally once an IVA has completed. We would be happy to look at your situation if you were to contact us.

Hi -- Ryan has responsded above. We also have another broker, Shaun Vickery, who might be able to assist ( details can be found under the "Quicl Links" tab (top left) and then under "The Team" on the drop down.

Although there are a few lenders who will consider you at this stage, your choice of lender (and possibly better interest rates) will widen once the IVA drops off of your credit reports, so it might be best to hang in there for a little longer (which will also allow you to gather a better deposit). But, in the meantime, Ryan or Shaun can help with the spadework of getting everything tip top in readiness.
