I successfully completed an IVA in October 2011 (almost 6 years ago) and am wanting to know if I can apply for a Debt Relief Order now (I fit the criteria).
The information I've seen online seems confusing... you can't apply for DRO if you have had one in the past 6 years or are currently in an IVA/Bankruptcy but what about an IVA in the past 6 years???

As far as I am aware you can enter a DRO ( normal criteria allowing) after the IVA has been completed / terminated. You will need to speak to an intermediary who can advise further -- Most CAB offices have access to an advisor who can assist.
