Hi,

You need to speak to one or two companies for advice - we have several who post on here you could contact, including Vincent Bond who are one of the sponsors. How much are your debts as another solution might be available.

As Kallis says, you need to speak to an IVA provider -- I would suggest chatting to a couple as they do all operate differently and have differing standards of customer care and you need to find one that suits you -- who you feel comfortble with.

Google Insolvency Practitioner in your local area and have a meeting with them to check whether an IVA is the best option for you.

Look here for brief alternatives:

The initial meeting should be free.

An IVA can be dealt with and in place very simply if you are ready.....it can all be done over phone and email.

A face to face meeting isn't needed unless you really prefer to.

Have you spoken to anyone so far?
