Am really worried now I have mess3d everything up as just been approved I am so unhappy right now don't know what to do just wanna run away

Firstly - don't panic! It is up to you whether you mention the shares or not. Sit back, take a deep breath and consider speaking to your IP about this.

Have spoke to them today wasn't going to but afraid would find out about them just don't want to get in to big trouble didn't sound too happy on the phone don't know what to expect now :(

It was a genuine mistake and you are trying to put it right -- I don't see it as an insurmountable problem.

What's the worst that could happen really worried now would get in to trouble with police and stuff

You haven't committed a criminal offence so no worries with police. If you are that worried - speak to your IP.

If I was the one making the decision I would simply have you sell the shares and pay the money into the IVA. Which is probably what they would have put into the proposal had you remembered them in time. See what the IP comes up with.

Speak to your IP company and explain things to them.

Have explained things to them just didn't seem to happy that I didn't tell them said it was withstanding information

It was not witholding information if you genuinely forgot -- they are just miffed that they have some extra work to do !

Ok wasn't going to say anything but couldn't stop thinking was doing something wrong that could get me in to trouble

Always a bit of a gamble -- would they find out or not ? Can you spend 5 years wondering if it would come to light ? You made a mistake and are putting it right. If, however, they discovered this 3 years down the line, the outcome could be far less savoury. If they sort this out sensibly now at least you won't be on the verge of a nervous breakdown for 5 years !

Yes hopefully sort it out all I said would pay all the money from them into the iva I had no idea they where classed as assets as am only 29 and have no clue what assets where i knew ny car was one as owned it until someone at work said about the shares
