My ex entered into IVA at my address, will this give me bad credit?

my ex moved out 6 months ago all his mail was redirected now letters are coming one says he entered into I V A at my address but he says he not will this give me bad credit will i be liable as he had credit cards and loans in his name

As long as you had / have no joint finances, accounts etc you should not be affected. You can check him on the insolvenct register to see if he has an IVA and at what address, here:

You are not liable for debts in his name only./

As Foggy says - you should be fine if you have separate finances.

You are only liable for debts in your name.
As Foggy said as long as you didn't have joint debts you should be fine.
