I entered an IVA in early 2011.
The IVA completed successfully and a completion certificate has been issued.
From April this year all the creditors except for one (Cahoot Credit Card) have disappeared from my credit file at (Equifax).

I have spoken with Cahoot and cannot get a clear answer as to why the information is still showing. I will be grateful for any information that will assist me to have the information from Cahoot at Equifax cleared.

It could be that they have used an incorrect default date or simply have not defaulted the account and left it open. Have a read here, there is a template to get dates entered / corrected:

Hi Tony,

As Foggy has said it sounds like they either haven't issued a default against you or they have issued the default after the IVA start date. If you ask to speak to their Data Controller they will amend the default date back to the IVA start date and the agreement will then fall off your credit reports. It's annoying for you but it is happens a lot to be honest.
