Thats great. I have equifax which I can get a new report daily from and they will probably alert me when its changed. I will see how quick it is. Supposed it depends when the insolvency service sends info.

Don't forget the other agencies as well as they all report differently

Definitely thank you. So my Transunion and Experian is clear for the first time in 7 years. Equifax have a satisfied date in the court entry but still hasn’t removed it so sent them a query email to remove. Amazing how quick things move once Aperture pulled their finger out!

Well the time is come to get my pin. All credit reports clear. All defaults gone. All scores are excellent. Time to rebuild. 6 and half years of scrimping and I’m in the clear. Thankful for all the advice on here. I’ve learnt a lot especially how to deal with the odd awkward company or two. Thanks so much. Only bad news is on the month I could actually spend my bonus I’ve been furloughed!!!! But my 80% pay and now I am debt free is more than enough to live on(been especially good at budgeting) take care all.

Great to hear --- on the positive side the fact that you can now keep the IVA payment and bonus payments, at least in part, offsets the 20% reduction.

Just one final update on this. Exactly 3 months after Aperture notified the Insolvency Service my name is now removed from the register. I am cleared haha.

The world definitely feels like a different place with COVID but as my finances were in a good place I got through okay.

Kept to my budget and the money I put into IVA I am now investing and seeing some returns.

I start a new job today with a bigger salary(I was always wary of looking whilst on IVA I would have been working a lot harder but giving more back to IVA)

Credit Reports are all clear and starting to rebuild. I applied for one pre approved credit card and they gave me £15k limit!!! I asked them to reduce to 2k and they obliged no problem. Being using for petrol and food and paying off every month and in just 3 months my scores have increase.

All these tips and help I got from this forum and it has been a huge help.

Thanks to all that contribute.
