I have been in an IVA for 18mth one of my debtors was Virgin Money, which has now been sold on. I bank with Yorkshire Bank which has been bought out by Virgin Money, will this affect my IVA.

I don't think it will.

The IVA won't be affected and the bank account shouldn't be, but it may be an idea to open a new account with a non-creditor bank (not HSBC or First Direct) as you would possibly have done so if Virgin owned your bank when you started the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
