I have an IVA that begun 4years 10 months ago for the last year i have been waiting to pay this off my parents offered to gift me the money. However the firm i am with Appature just keep saying there is a back log and saying we will contact you soon i am in desperate need of a new car but cant as getting IVA people to sign the approvement form from cat finance is a nightmare starting to think appature is just a joke i started off IVA with debt free direct please help i just want to move on

It should be done and dusted within 2 or 3 months. I would put in a formal complaint which you can escalate to their regulatory body if need be : https://apertureiva.com/legal/complaints-procedure
