Well, I have my washing machine.

My dad gave us the money to get a new one on the understanding we pay him back at £5 a week, and then he said plus half a crown interest! [:D][:D][:D] which i am sure he said its 12 and half pence. I haven't got a clue. And we managed to get a new one with 12 months warranty. [:)]

So all weekend the washer has been going, but I have an empty basket (washing that is - my ironing basket is full!)
Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!

What's wrong with a bucket of water and a rock??? You women are really spoilt these days [:p]

Wait for it!
If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

Funds paid to date accepted as F&F 16th August 2013, the wait for completion begins.
Wait over....certificate recieved 3rd May 2014

Hehe!

When we were in the shop my hubby said to the man 'whats the one with the least amount of buttons/dials, in case she has to go into hospital and I have to use it?'.

Now..
1. He would never use it - if he did everything would be a different colour.
2. Dunno why he thinks I might be going into hospital!
Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!

I must admit to not having the best of knowledge in this line. When our first son was born 22 years ago I thought I'd do my bit to help and sort the washing out. So I gathered everything up and set off to the kitchen.
An hour or so later the wife came out to see what I was up to and started lahghing when she saw the piles of washing scattered all over the floor. I thought her cesarean stithes were going to burst when I told her I'd read the washing label on every garment and separated them all into the many catagories.

Wools, Whites and Colours....... nothing to it. [:D]

Hi flow ... for future reference Standard Life do a good kitchen equipment policy. Mine is £14 PM but it covers my washer, cooker and fridge freezer. It could well be worth giving them a quick Google. If you can't find 'em I have the phone number.

When I've had to go into hospital I've had to leave written instructions as to what he has to do with the washing.
