We plan to go back home after brexit, how can we repay loans to tesco & llyods?

Hello.
We are couple we have a baby 7 month. We live in UK 7 years and rent all time house. Before baby we worked together and we get 2 personal loans, one is 27000 and with fees we need give 40000 £ from tesco bank other one from LLoyds 8000 and need give back 11000 £ so but we need that money for our parents.... now my wife not work and how you know soon will be happen brexit we plan come back at home.... For that all 7 years we have perfect credit history (( but now we have difficulties to give it back. Please can you write to us what we can do, maybe we can contact banks and pay them less or what we can do ((.

Hi,

Sorry to hear of your problems. One solution would be to declare bankruptcy and all of your debts would be cleared. You may have to make repayments for a while but would be assessed on ability to pay.

I do suggest you speak to an IVA company and take advice from them.

I agree with Kallis --- if you have no assets Bankruptcy might be the way to go. I believe Payplan have a bankruptcy unit. but I am sure CAB can help.
