I completed my IVA in May 2018, I never missed a payment and paid back a lot of money over those 5 years. It was the right thing to do at the time and helped me hugely!

Within My IVA I had a PPI claim which paid out around £2500-3000 right into my IVA. It was annoying as I had to fill out so much paperwork and do it 2/3 times but I thought it was all done, investigated and paid out. I received letters from all my accounts saying all investigations were done.

So...I am still waiting for my IVA to be completed 2 years after finishing, they have been telling me that it cant be closed because of ongoing PPI claims, I've contacted them 3/4 times in the past 9 months and been told they're chasing it up and getting it sorted. As far as I'm concerned there is nothing to investigate, it was all paid out and done with all parties. They seem to have tried to claim 2/3 times for the same claims which were paid out and finished with.

What can I do to get them to finish this off and finally End my IVA? I'm now looking to make a complaint to the regulator as i feel 2 years is far too long to wait and they do not seem to be caring about the timeline despite my chasing.

I've been very patient with them but feel now it's time to end this and have them do their job and finish it. I only receive updates when i chase them which is always "oh we'll chase it up"

I just want to get my completion certificate and move on!

I would make a complaint - this doesn't sound right.

You need to formally complain to them, which you can then escalate to their regulatory body via the Government Gateway.
In the past the regulatory bodies issued a joint statement to the effect that PPI claims were not, on their own, sufficient reason to delay completion as PPI refunds remain vested in the IVA trust, even after completion.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
