Txs every 1 i was worried a few weeks ago confused sme ppl said just make 1 pound payments was not convinced abt that but u guys advised me correct way finally feel relived having over 40k debt is a knightmare borrowing to pay home loans is not good stepchange are efficient and no hassle within 15 mins off meeting they informed me

My wife does the shopping monthly can i transfer her money from my acc to hers with ref shopping

Yes. I used to leave an amount in the account to cover the direct debits and standing orders and take the rest out in cash to divide between the spending budget. It was never questioned.

It depends on how your IVA provider is working with the covid crisis --- but it shouldn't be too long. It could still take some time to filter through the creditors organisations though.. maybe a couple of months. But you no longer need to worry about what your creditors are doing.

You should get a copy of the Chairmans report soon. If any creditors do get in touch then ignore them.

Im sure when they recieve confirmation of iva they will stop even though they rejected iva

It doesn't matter that they said no, they are bound by it.They will have been informed of the result. Get in touch with the IP and get them to sort it.

I called them today they said your ip sent us a letter on wednesday payroll cutt of is tue so next week we will stop taking but this .weeeks money they are refusing to give back 60

It is up to your IP to sort out. One of the points of an IVA is that you no longer have to deal with creditors.
