What happens to my prev bank acc it had overdradt and is in iva to the bank close it?

The bank will close it and the overdraft will be in the IVA.

It is counted as income of the parent it is paid to, but can be offset with the expenses it is designed to cover. Somes IPs just list it as income in one column and then as expenses in the other. It should not be added to your IVA payment.

Just recieved a default notice from virgin it says by 15th august tell us you are not in an iva or we will take action?

Virgin are saying they want damages for boc
