On a credit check it will not show the IVA on your wifes credit reference file, but will give your details as someone she has joint accounts with. Her money is her own and is safe.

So shes not on insolvency register ?
If my name is on her file what will it say i have iva ? On her file

No she won't be but will still be associated with you financially on credit records.

No it doesn't. Just means you have a financial association, nothing more.

You mean where is says any financial association my name will be there
And when ppl search my name it will show?

No, it won't say you have an IVA just that you have financial association with her. It will not show up if people search your name.

Yes it is. I have financial associations with my husband and that will always be there.
