I wouldn't answer the phone. I told them to communicate in writing (I told them this by letter) and blocked private number calling on my phone. I didn't answer unknown numbers and Googled them after!
If you speak to them simply say that you are entering an IVA and that they can contact your IP if they wish. Do not get into any discussion with them --- very often they are a third party tasked simply to get a payment and some at this level don't even seem to know what an IVA is !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
I had a different phone number at the time( along with another one) - ignored calls from them.

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

Agree with Foggy's approach. Alternatively simply don't answer the security checks they do not answer the security questions at the start of the call ...

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
Just refuse to answer any security questions. Tell them you never answer security questions over the phone and if they want to contact you do it in writing. Then pass any letters to your IP
