What happens if I gamble while in my IVA?

I have gambling transactions on my bank statement and my annual review is due will my iva be cancelled??

It should be OK as long as they are modest and irregular amounts and that gambling wasn't a factor in getting into debt in the first place. If you have been declaring all income and making the agreed payments there should be no problem.

I would bet on the football from time to time all through my IVA and gambling transactions were never mentioned at review, I was with Payplan
