Hi guys’ so I checked my credit score on ClearScore and my monthly update is about to come through. But I noticed it says their has been a credit/store card added to your account. Now I honestly have not taken out any credit at all. I know it’s forbidden during an iva. And plus if I’m honest after the mess I got myself into I’d be too scared to have credit ever again lol. But yeah. What does this mean? Has my debt been sold on? Does that mean it’s no longer in my iva? I’m so stressed out somebody please help :(

Debts are often sold on but remain party to your iva terms and conditions. The companies who buy debts often do so a really low prices but it does not impact on you at all.

This could be the new creditor registering the debt they have just purchased, a foul up by the CRA or fraud. When you get the report check it out.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
