What I should do now to get my end IVA certificate from DFD?

Hello, my IVA closed in November 2017 with Debt Free Direct, since then I am trying to contact them but no response, could you please advice me what I should do now to get my end IVA certificate. I am not in any arrears with them. Hope to receive a reply at your earliest.

Just an addition - DFD no longer exist and have been sold on to Aperture so speak to them.
