What percentage of IVA’s proposed actually get accepted these days?
I have just signed my proposal paperwork and waiting on a date for the MOC. I am worried that the worst will happen and it won’t be accepted which will really put me in a difficult position. If declined, is there room for negotiation or can I re-apply?
The majority are accepted -- the IP would not put it forward if it was a lost cause -- no IVA ... no fee ! If it is rejected, what to do next will depend on the reasons why ... address those and try again. Possibly go into a DMP in the meantime.
