ACCEPTED!!
With no mods or anything. £92 a month for 5 years.
I’m so overwhelmed and happy I could cry! I’m finally going to free myself of debt and learn to not rely on finance anymore. I’m so overwhelmed and not sure what to do with myself.

Thank you so much for your support through this and I’m sure to stay on here throughout my 5 years. I can not believe they agreed each and everyone of them! A weight had been lifted off my shoulders now I can take a moment and sink it in.
Regarding the email they said within 3 days to arrive and sign.
I’ve just cancelled the direct debits with those creditors is that is now they can’t re set them up and take money from me when I’m paid next week when they would of been due to be paid?

Creditors should not take any more payments and, if they do, should refund them when asked.

Brilliant thank you, now I’ve cancelled them hopefully they won’t try (doubtful I know) as I switched banks they have never taken a payment from this new one I have.
They made me aware of the calls and letters I may get but to ignore them up to 3 months and phone them if needed

Thank you Lauren1995 I surely though there would be something right!
But we both did it so happy for us both right now 🎉❤️

Have you received this email to sign yet? They said up to 3 days? I’ve never felt so happy cancelling a direct debit. Least now I don’t have to pay them on my payday that’s coming up on the 5th. Just one simple payment to CF 😊

no I haven't got the email yet, they said hopeful tomz which is the 3rd day since my iva was accepted. just had a phone call for them asking about something on my bank statement from PayPal. there was transactions from buying stuff and making payments to paypal credit. they didnt know I had debt with PayPal credit, the credit check didnt pick it up so the guy on the phone said to email a screenshot of the debt and will be add it to the iva. I was freaking out thinking my iva had failed etc. but they was wondering if it was debt showing on my statement. I had a welcoming call from the credit fix team etc going though stuff. saying payments will be taking out on the 5th of every month, and about nearly statements, you have to give them 6 months of wage slips and 6 months of bank statements. if I earn more than £1148 I have to contact them etc. I dont know if tax and NI etc if you know what I mean

Ah okay yeah that’s what they said to me can take 3 days and a welcoming call will happens soon. Oh so as you had another debt they just added it on without having another meeting or getting PayPal to agree? Least that’s easier for you. At times we do forget things or transactions don’t show on statements later than usual

Yeh just adding it on, I dont know why. I guess because most of two biggest creditors accepted.. Natwest was 14,000 and Barclay was 4,000 so that's 18,000 out of the 21,000.

The £1148 figure is take home pay. Assuming that you have the usual clauses you can earn an extra £114 without paying in extra to the IVA ans anything over that you will split 50/50 with the IVA. It will be in your proposal -- sometimes ( as in my case) you don't get the 10% disregard and the lot is split 50/50.
