I have been notified by my IP that a notice of full implementation was sent to the insolvency agency and my creditors. When can I start getting my life back together and rebuild my credit?
My IVA finished on 30th August last year with a final payment in September. The notice was sent out on the 19th of Jan this year. I have checked the insolvency register but it still indicates that the IVA is active

You will stay on the Insolvency Register for three months after the issue of the completion paperwork. Have a read here: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record

You might find this quick video I made about cleaning up your credit record useful:

Noddle and Clearscore are also free credit agencies to consider using:

Hi Chris,

From your previous post I think your 6 year Anniversary of the start is in August this year - if that is the case that is when your credit rating will really start to improve as all the defaults from under the IVA will fall off your credit reports at that point (if they are all dated correctly).

Regards
