Afternoon everybody. From experience can anyone tell me when the letters stop coming through the letter box. Our IVA's were approved on the 26th March. Since that time we have been bombarded with letter after letter everyday regarding missed payments. One company has sent the same letter to my wife everyday for the last two weeks.
I have checked theinsolvency register & we are on it. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks
Keep smiling. It could be worse.

Hi Mark,

What a nuisance for you! It looks as though communications haven't filtered down to the call centres yet.

They can't do anything to you. I would either send them to your IP and let them deal with them, bin them and ignore all others or you could write to them with a copy of your chairmans report and tell them to stop harrassing you.

How annoying but they will stop in time. I would return them with a letter stating you're in an IVA and for them to check the Insolvency Register etc.,
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
