Creditors accepted full and final & weight is slowly being removed from shoulders. However, we are now going into 11 weeks since full and final offer that creditors accepted, but only 6 weeks since we paid off the full and final, my question which date do they proceed from, the offer date or the payment date, as I know it can take up to 3 month, and final question, can I release some of my pension when I receive certificate

They will proceed from the date the payment was actually made --- and, although 2 - 3 months is the norm, it can take up to 6, and sometimes more.

I have found that even the 'better' firms tend to leave customers in the dark after the final payment and there is no harm in asking where they are up to.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I'm pretty sure you will be ok to take your pension once your completion is received but hopefully someone can come on and confirm.
