When the IVA is completed should I notify all the credit agencies myself?

when you have completed your iva ,should they let all the credit report agencies know ,so they can remove it from your report ? or are expected to do that yourself as I am in the prosses of doing and it takes a lot of time and energy,and have only just found out it is still on my report even though I finished my iva in 2016,not happy.

Your IP should have started the process and, as long as the dates are all correct, should happen pretty much automatically on the 6th anniiversary of the start of the IVA.

First check the Insolvency Register to make sure he did start the process .... then have a read here:

Hi Carol,

As Foggy says your IP should have informed them however if your IVA began over 6 years ago it doesn't sound like they have. It's best to contact all 3 of the Credit Reference Agencies as different Lenders search different ones so they all need to be clear ideally. I know it's a pain but it will benefit you in the long run.
