After agreeing to make a final one offer payment to settle my IVA after two years due to redundancy I am waiting for the report to be finalized and sent to the creditors.
However, I made my final payment on the 26th of March 2010 and am still waiting for the report to be sent to to creditors and the Insolvency Service.
As my creditors are allowed 28 days from receiving the report to submit there final claims and I do not know when my creditors will receive this and when the IVA will be settled.
The question I am asking is how long should it take to put a report to the creditors and complete an IVA
I have complained yesterday to my IVA administrator who had advised me on the 6th of April it could take a couple of months to complete but as they have not compiled the report for the creditors yet I am in limbo

I would think that they should wrap it all up within a three month period.
I would just keep contacting them until it is finalised
